1. Unsubscription Policy

The user of our services may at any time stop receiving communications from our site.

To do so, simply send an e-mail indicating your desire to no longer receive communications.

2. Information Collected from the User

When you visit Kodden's Web site or use the Kodden Services, we collect your IP address and standard web access information such as your browser type and the pages you have accessed on our Web site.

If you sign up, we will collect the following types of information: Contact information - your name, address, phone number, email address, social media username and other similar information; Financial information - the bank account and credit card numbers you provided when you purchased the Kodden Services.

Before allowing you to use the Kodden Services, we may require you to provide additional information that we can use to verify your identity or address or manage risk, such as your date of birth, national registration number, nationality and other identifying information.

We may also obtain information about you through third parties, such as credit bureaus and identity verification services. When you are using Kodden Services, we will collect information about your transactions and other activities on our site or when you use Kodden Services and we may collect information about your computer or other access device for fraud prevention purposes.

Finally, we may collect additional information from and about you in other ways, such as from contacts with our customer support team, from results of your responses to a survey, and from other companies.

2. The cookies

When you access our site, we, including companies we hire to track how our site is used, may place small data files called "cookies" on your computer.

Various third-party vendors, including Google, purchase advertising space on websites. We eventually contract with Google to display our ads in these spaces.

We may share your personal information with: Kodden members to provide joint content, products and services (such as registration, transactions and customer support) to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and violations of our policies, and to cooperate in decisions about their products, services and communications.

Kodden members will use this information to send you marketing communications only if you have requested their services.

Contract service providers that collaborate in parts of our business operations; (fraud prevention, collection activities, marketing, technology services).

Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us, and not for their own benefit.

Companies that we intend to merge with or acquire. (If a merger occurs, we will require the newly formed entity to follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information.

If your personal information could be used against this policy, you will receive advance notice).

Police authorities, government officials, or other third parties when: We are required to do so by subpoena, court order, or similar legal procedure;

We need to do this to comply with the law or with credit card association rules;

We are cooperating with an ongoing police investigation;

In cases where our company and a partner jointly promote our Services, we may disclose to the partner certain personal information such as the name, address, and username of persons who have subscribed to our Services as a result of the joint promotion for the sole purpose of allowing us and the partner to evaluate the results of the promotion.

In such a case, personal information may not be used by Partner for any other purpose Kodden will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties in the normal course of business and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy.

If you sign up with Kodden directly on a third party website or through a third party application, any information you enter on that website or application (and not directly on a Kodden website) will be shared with the owner of that website or application - and your information may be subject to their privacy policies.
